Fashion Revolution Week 2019
For one week, various activities, offers and formats will be used to draw attention to the human rights situation and conditions in the global textile industry. The One World Network Thuringia e. V. (EWNT) and the Environmental Department of the Student Council of Friedrich Schiller University Jena (FSU Jena) are inviting you to various events.

The film "The True Cost - the price of fashion" impressively traces the path that clothing takes before it reaches our stores.

Thursday, 25.04.2019 - EWNT open library day
Central Germany's largest scientific and educational specialist library for development policy and global learning can be used free of charge. There is also a CLOTHING EXCHANGE, organized by the FSU Jena's environmental department.

Friday, 26.04.2019 - Upcycling and re-designing workshop
With a designer you can make bags, scarves and "hanging baskets" from T-shirt yarn.

- Participation free of charge, limited to 15 participants
- no previous knowledge necessary, just bring 1-2 old T-shirts and fabric scissors if possible
